This is a health insurance policy that has a limited number of doctors that can be visited that are within network. The PPO health insurance plan has a co-payment that is usually associated with each visit. Other associated fees with this kind of a health insurance policy are deductibles and co-insurance. Thus, it is important to study the language of every health insurance plan in order to learn what fees are associated with your particular health insurance policy.
